Couldn't be more unsatisfied with this dealership. Their customer service is horrendous. From buying the car to having it serviced, every experience has been a nightmare. The management was incredibly disrespectful to our salesman during our purchase transaction, leaving us feeling very uncomfortable and awkward. The service shop is slow, unreliable, and must be chased down at every turn. Recently brought my car in for service; what was supposed to be a same-day fix turned into 7 days. When my car was returned to me using one of their porters, they were apparently rear ended in a "hit and run" situation. It's now be 6 days and I cannot get anyone in the service department to call me back or provide me with any support in getting this fixed. I wouldn't drive a car off this lot again in the future if it were free.

they literally tried to scam me, claiming a repair was done when it never was, then they deleted my original review! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
Did exactly what they said and more totally checked out my car had fair quotes, free doughnuts while I waited and washed my car before they gave it back! Staff was polite and friendly and didn't pressure you either. Thank you!
