Good luck calling and getting to speak with someone that can help you. Even though they have direct numbers for specific vehicle makes and departments you are always sent to the same generic automated phone system. After going through the prompts the phone will ring for a few minutes before being transferred to a receptionist who you have to explain why you are calling. I've called for both Subaru and Chrysler service and it usually takes at least 10 min and multiple ring backs to a receptionist before someone it the department will actually answer.
My temporary tag plates expire tomorrow. I have work all next week.
My title memorandum never arrived.
Was in for 6 month service. Brad Meredith was very friendly as was the other staff I encountered. The service was quickly completed and I was on my was in less than an hour.
I was very pleased I could get my Outback worked on in such short notice.
On the negative side, I asked to have my fluids topped off and reiterated it more than once. This was not done!
I'll say this much, I feel bad for the direct sales guys, because they were great. Stephen and Ricky took really good care of me, I know this is out of their hands, terrible management is what caused this.
I am a Subaru Ambassador and I assure you, I will spread the word of terrible service from Brunswick Subaru anywhere and everywhere I go. I'll also be sure my sister gets her Subaru from a different dealer.
I've called twice within the 45 days to ask about where and when the memorandum will arrive. I was assured it's on its way and to wait patiently for it.
I asked for a loaner for a couple days till we figure out where my paperwork is. Last time I checked I paid $250.00-$300.00 in doc fees for this NOT to happen.
When I called up I was transferred to the sales manager, Jason Ryan, who told me there is nothing he can do for me till Monday. I work everyday at 9am, we are super short staffed at work, I can't simply just not open.
For those of you with modified cars, stay away from these ass clowns. They tried to tell me aftermarket parts caused my TOB to squeal. Mind you, at that point they had no idea what was on the car. And in the end all i got was a 150 dollar bill, when the car was under warranty, and "they couldn't replicate the issue" garbage. Even though, i showed them a video of the issue, but no, no issue here. Awesome job guys, really. This is why i stay away from stealer-ships.
