Dr. Wilson is good. She doesn't order a bunch of unnecessary tests, however, Dr. Martin bombards you with expensive tests that just are not necessary. Instead of telling you what he thinks needs to be done and getting approval, he just TELLS you what he is going to do and whisks the dog away before you even have a chance to process what is happening. He did an xray on our three year old dog that simply had some intestinal upset, but was otherwise very healthy. Got slapped with a $75 fee for an xray of a 12 pound dog. Then, Dr. Martin wanted to include a probiotic and when I asked how much that would cost, he sent the technician back in with the amount. These vets need to realize that although we love our pets and want to do what is best for them, it does not give them the right to charge excessively and take advantage of the owners! I felt completely taken advantage of when I left the office and will NEVER, under any circumstances, allow Dr. Martin to treat one of our animals.

Overpriced and incompetent. $350 for X-rays and blood work. I was told my cat had arthritis and he was put on a small dose of pain meds. Vet never called to follow up or to see if pain meds were effective. 2 weeks later I took him to a different vet, and found out he had bone cancer and had to be put down. My cat suffered and did not receive the proper treatment. How a vet can miss a diagnosis like that is just wrong. If you care about your pets, find a different vet.

Have been coming here for a while now and with four different pets. Have had MULTIPLE bad experiences but continued to come due to convenience of location and good hours. Safe to say I won't ever take a pet here again. The only good thing about this place is their front desk staff (very nice people who have an obvious love for animals). I took my dog in to get groomed and she was clipped in her private area multiple times by the groomer (the vet even said she does not understand how the extent of this injury could have happened especially when they told me my dog is very well behaved when she gets groomed) and when I took her in to be examined by the vet I had to pay $50 for a spray to treat her wound caused by their staff. When my dog became suddenly blind the doctor diagnosed her with SARDS and pushed me off to a specialist. I called almost every day for a week and a half asking to speak with him because I knew something more was wrong, as she was not acting anything like the dog I had for 9 years since she was a puppy and her health was rapidly deteriorating. I was only ever given the option to leave a message and not speak with him directly. His answer every time was basically exactly the same, just worded differently; "Well she is blind now". Turns out my dog had a brain tumor and because of their misdiagnosis and refusal to take me seriously my dog suffered in severe pain until she had to be put down. I've since taken two new kittens there for check up exams/ upper resp. infections and not only are they extremely over priced, but the vets rush through the exams, provide minimal information, and don't really seem to know what they are talking about. $112 for a 20 minute visit; took weight, temp, and told me what I already knew and gave me two prescriptions.

Very helpful, and very professional. Great price. And amazing staff. Don't know what I would have done if I didn't find this place!

Mother in law took both my dog and hers there to get nails trimmed. The lady who did it cut them way too close, to the point that they were still bleeding by the time we got him home. Instead of apologizing for her mistakes, the woman condescendingly told my mother in law that "she wouldn't have gotten his nails cut if it were her dog". Not professional at all. Certainly won't be taking my animals there again.
