Southwest general ER doctor(s)- half a star
Me and my wife came here in emergency with my 4 year old son for check up. My son was refused to be helped for the reason he doesnt have enough shots.
I recently got asked hours of lab operations was in the middle of answering don't know what happened, lab hours Monday- Thursday 6:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. Friday 6:30 a.m. to 5 and Saturday 7:30 to noon. would have said 1 star or less MY last visit a year or two back, i actually went in suffering to the extent I was getting angry I was in my room crying for 4hrs actually almost 5(found out later i was passing kidney stones)and NOT 1 person even checked on me to make sure I was ok or even alive. I think they changed most of the staff, but My daughter went there the nurse was super. My husband got sick from Cleveland clinic medina and didn't know what was wrong but they treated him badly at Brunswick location(Cleveland clinic) and sent him back home 2/3 times finally when he went to SW they found out w in a couple hrs how sick he really was and that he really needed and should have been admitted the 1st time he went to er so since they took very good care of my daughter and husband and I've noticed a different staff that's y i have 4 stars. Didn't give 5 just because I haven't been back since the 4-5 hr wait so until I get correct treatment from them(myself)just keep at 4 for now
Are we helped in this country according to the fact that we are human beings or by the medical history??
The only reason I put one star is because I couldn't put a half. The nurses are awesome, Shawn was great. He even gave me a warm blanket and I was seen quickly. But the doctor(s) like to use outdated articles (from 2012 to be exact) to spread fear, with little to no scientific evidence on a *obviously* biased opinion of theirs. While making you feel like you're a crack head. Upon trying to explain the advil wasn't working for my pain, the doctor snapped "I'm not writing you narcotics". I was asking for advice, not drugs you lunatic. So don't go here unless you want to feel like some POS junkie. Or go here because of warm blankets and nice nurses who genuinely care.
I had a wonderful and very pleasant experience here. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice to me and was very concerned for my current medical situation and made every effort to keep me comfortable. My nurse Felicity was fantastic along with the Dr. and even the Registration lady.
